Call for applications.

The new enrolment to The Ignacy Łukasiewicz Scholarship Programme have been launched.

Detailed information about the programmes and enrolment process are published in enrolment section.


The Ignacy Łukasiewicz Scholarship Programme. Information for participants of the preparatory course in the academic year 2015/16.

Scholarship for the first year of the 2nd degree studies in the academic year 2016/17

In order to apply for a scholarship for the first year of the 2nd degree studies in the academic year 2016/17 an application should be  sent to the Bureau through the organizer of the preparatory course.

The application includes:

  • an opinion letter with the list of grades achieved during the course;
  • a copy of the document authorizing to the stay on the Polish territory.

In case of when studies begin from the summer semester of the academic year 2016/17 it is possible to prolong the participation in preparatory course for the autumn semester.

For this purpose) an application containing the confirmation of the date of beginning the studies should be attached to the aforementioned documents

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Information about granted scholarships will be communicated through the organizer of the preparatory course.


The Ignacy Łukasiewicz Scholarship Programme. Information for scholarship holders – students of 2nd and 3rd degree studies.

Scholarship for the next year of studies in the academic year 2016/17.

In order to apply for the scholarship for the next year of studies in the academic year 2016/17 an application should be sent to the Bureau through the host university. Deadline expires on 5 September 2016.

  • the tutor’s opinion;
  • a document confirming completion of the current year of study and registration for the next year;
  • a copy of the document authorizing to the stay on the Polish territory.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Information about granted scholarships will be communicated through the host universities until 26 September 2016.


The Ignacy Lukasiewicz Scholarship Programme.

Scholarship for the summer period – 2nd and 3rd degree studies.

Bureau for Academic Recognition and International Exchange informs about the possibility to apply for a scholarship during the summer period.An offer is addressed to:

  • participants of preparatory course and 2nd degree students;
  • PhD students who permanently reside in non – European countries and if they are staying in Poland in the summer period.

In case of PhD students – citizens of European countries it is also possible to apply for aforementioned scholarship if their stay in Poland in the summer period is due to their work on PhD thesis.Scholarship may be granted for 1 2 or 3 months.An application should be sent to the Bureau through the host university. Deadline expires on 6 June 2016.PhD students – citizens of European countries are required to attach the tutor’s opinion (stating that the stay in Poland in the summer period is necessary).Incomplete applications will not be considered.Information about granted scholarships will be communicated through the host universities until 30 June 2016.
